All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit by Lundholme Farm. The balance is payable three weeks prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation 6 weeks prior to arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded
In the event of cancellation when all monies have been paid we will refund the following:
- 14 โ 21 days prior to arrival 50% of the total
- 7 โ 14 days prior to arrival 25% of the total
Less than 7 days prior to arrival no refunds
Where repaid, payments by credit/debit card will be repaid to the same card.
Under no circumstances can payment be made to a different card.
Should you need to cancel your holiday please contact us as soon as possible in writing. The date of receipt of your written cancellation by Lundholme Farm will be the date of cancellation.
